A happy celebration

It was my fifteen birthday and I had a big party at home.

I have a big garden so when everybody arrived, we had fun in the swimming pool. Some of my friends where dancing, the others were eating food...

When we started eating the cake, suddenly there was a knock at the door. I went to open it and I couldn't believe it. It was Quim Gutiérrez, my favourite actor! I started to scream and then he gave me a hug. Quim came in and he made some pics with us.

It was the best day of my life.

What I have to have always in my pocket

I couldn´t live without my mobile phone.
I have an iPhone 5c and it's great because is really colorful what makes it different to others mobiles. It has only one button, a circular one at the bottom of the screen.

I've chosen this possession as an object that matters to me because I use it for everything. I can chat with my friends via WhatsApp all day, I can also watch videos or see photos or even search for school stuff! Well...I sometimes call my mum too.

The best thing about my mobile is that you can do a lot of things just by pressing a small button. That's amazing, but sometimes it's cooler to keep it in your pocket and enjoy your real life!

L'antic molí

I had always wanted to visit the 'Antic Molí' restaurant. My brother is a photographer so he had been a few times because of weddings and his reviews had always been positive. And he was more or less right.

When we arrived we loved the atmosphere outside. There were several beautiful trees and a fountain in the middle. The decor inside was really good too. The staff were extremely welcoming and nice but the food wasn't that perfect.

The tortellini were delicious and the potatoes too but the second course was a disaster. There was a tiny insect next to the sirloin steak which was a bit disgusting and the meat wasn't very tasty either. On the whole, I'd recommend going there for an special dinner, because the prices are a bit high. You can have a great meal if you don't order a sirloin steak!

Dear Sir or Madam
I sae your advertisement on the Diariet news paper and am writing to apply for the job in your music shop on the High Street.

I am sixteen years old and am studying 4th od ESO at Consolación School. According to my teachers I am hard-working and a good student. My mates say that I am funny and don't get stressed easily so I am an ideal person to work in a busy shop.

It's the first time that I apply for a job because I was to young. Right now I haven't got job because I have to study really hard to pass the course. However, I will be available to start work in June, after my exams.

Things I used to do when I was 7

When I was 7 I used to do a lot of things that I don't do now. I used to go to bed really early, at 22:30. Now I usually go to sleep at 00:30 unless the days I go out at night. When that happens I go to bed at 5 o'clock more or less.
I went to the same school than now, the Consolació. I used to watch 'Zac and Cody' a lot, it was my favourite TV show, now my favourite one is 'Friends'.
I used to play with my brother a lot and now we're not even in the same house. When I was younger, I used to listen to the Jonas Brothers, I even went to a concert once. Now I still love the Jonas Brothers but I prefer other kind of performers like 'Manel', Michael Jackson or Justin Timberlake.

Simon Baker

Simon is one of my favourite actors and he's Patick Jane on the TV show 'The Mentalist'.
He's really tall and has got a beautiful curly and very fair hair, I think it's the  most perfect hair I've ever seen. Simon has got amazing blue eyes too but he sometimes wears glasses. I love the way he dresses, he's really stylish.
Simon Baker obviously loves actinig but apart of that, he has lots of hobbies. He usually goes surfing, which is an unusual sport to do for a man who's in his forties. These kind of things are what make him so special. He also spends a lot of time with his wife and kids.
Like many celebrities, Simon doesn't like paparazzi. It must be really annoying to have a lot of people following you every time when you're with your family or your friends.
