"Paelles"

Today I celebrated the "paelles". Every year, they have place in the "paseo Fora el Forat" and this year was not going to be different. But this morning, the police has said that it was a cold and windy day and we couldn't celebrate the "paellas" there. The funny fact is that the weather was really good! We were not going to stop the event again so the  "comparsas" have divided in different places. I'm in the "Tot A Orri". We are a lot of people so we've got to have dinner in a kind of big store. I've had a great time and best part of all of this is that in 82 days...is carnival!

"Primos"

I few days ago I watch the spanish film "Primos". I loved it. The film is about a guy (Diego) who is going to get married but his girlfriend break up with him five days before the wedding. Diego was so depressed so he decides to go with his two cousins to the village where they grew up to visit his old girlfriend Martina. They spend a lot of time together and they fall in love again. I like this film because is very romantic but at the same time it's so funny and because I'm in love with the main actor Quim Gutierrez. He's very good looking!

My most important possesion.

I think my laptop is my most important possession. It is special to me because I can do lots of things whit it (like writing this post). I always chat with my friends and I spend a lot of time on Twitter. I also watch many series like New Girl, Bones or Castle and films like "The Notebook" and I don't have to pay anything for it. I can't live without my mobile phone either. It's like my laptop but I can carry it anywhere.

But I think I prefer the laptop because it has got a bigger screen.

A perfect day!

Two weekends ago I went to Barcelona with my family.
We were walking through the streets and suddenly I saw the perfect shoes. They were so expensive but I don't why my mum decided to buy them. I was so happy!
The second good thing was that I went to the Camp Nou with my dad. The F.C.Barcelona won against the Madrid and were very excited.
The third good thing was that when we were coming to Vinaròs by car, we realised Victor Valdés (Braça's goalkeeper) was driving the car next to us! I couldn't believe it!

A horrible day

Last Saturday I had terrible day. Everything went wrong.
First of all, when I woke up in the morning I fell off my bed and I broke my leg.
I could't  go to the hospital because I had to study for a very important exam so I spent all the morning with the broken leg.
Finally in the afternoon, I told my mum and I went to the hospital.
The second bad thing was I couldn't meet my friends so I decided to watch TV at home. Suddenly, the dog threw down the remote control and I couldn't move and there was nobody at home so I spent all the afternoon at the sofa doing nothing.
The third bad thing was that I had fish for dinner!

A friend

Elvira is fourteen years old and she lives with her parents and her brother and sister in Vinaròs. Their names are Alejandro and Maria. They have got two turtles.

She is a student at Consolacion school like me. She's on third of E.S.O and her favourite subjects are maths and art. She also likes P.E. Her worst subject is chemistry. She is not very keen on geography either. She doesn't know what she want to study at university.

In her free time she's really into riding horses. She goes to the farm school a few days a week with another mate in my class, Marta. Her other hobby is dancing. She likes drawing too.

Me

My name is Berta. I'm fourteen years old and I live with my parents and my brother. His name is Jordi. we've got a pet dog called Indi.

I'm a student at Consolacion school. I'm on third of E.S.O and my favourite subjects are P.E and art. I also like English. My worst subject is chemistry. I'm not very keen on biology either. At university, I want to study psychology.

In my free time I'm really into running. I go three days a week every week. I run for about twenty minutes. I'm also very keen on the Internet. I usually watch my favourite series online and I visit Facebook and Twitter too. I also like listening to music. I love Michael Jackson and One Direction . My other hobby is drawing. I'm into doing celebrities' portraits.

Michael

I'm a big fan of Michael Jackson because I think he was the best artist of all times. He started to performance with his brothers when he was only nine years old. The Jackson 5 were so successful because of Michael. He danced and sang like an adult but he was very young! He made his first solo album named "Got to be there" while he was in the group. In 1979, he left the Jackson 5, and he started his solo career with the album "Off the wall" with songs like "Rock with you" or "She's out of my life". He did a lot of world tours. For me, the best was the "Bad tour" (1987-1988). His most famous album is "Thriller" which is still being the most sold record of all times.

A strange dream

Two weeks ago, I went camping with my family to the forest. Everything was perfect until we decided to put up the tent ang go to sleep.
I was in my tent when suddenly I heard some strange noises outside.
- "It might be the squirrels".- I thought. But they weren't.
Something was coming towards me. Suddenl, the tent started to move...it was a huge bear! I was very scared so I shouted to my parents, but they didn't listen to me! But to my surprise...
-"Come on Berta, time to go to school".- my mum said. I couldn't belive it...it had all been a horrible dream!

My last holiday

This summer, I spent a few days in Barcelona with my mom. Barcelona has always been a very important city for me because I was born  there.
We mostly went shopping and we also visited Starbrucks a few times.
My grandparets have got a flat near the Sagrada Familia with incredible views, so we spent the night there. Next day, we visited my Catalan cousins, they were very nice. I think this was the best moment of our holidays. The worst thing about being in Barcelona was that we were walking all day long and it was very hot!
But generally, it was memorable because wa bought a lot of clothes and we had fun!

My favourite film

My favourite film is "The Notebook"
The film is about two teenagers (Noah and Allie) who fall in love with each other. He is very poor and she is very rich so when they grow up they follow different ways but a few years later, she meets him and they fall in love again and she breaks up with her fiancé. I love this part!
I also like this movie because the main character, played by Ryan Gosling (Noah), is really handsome, and Rachel McAdams (Allie) is very sweet.
